– 1st Living-room/Dining: Six-seater couch, three-seater couch, and electric fireplace.
– 2nd Living room: twelve-seater couch.
– 3rd Living room/Playroom: Tons of toys, kid play table, toy kitchen, smart-tv, four-seater children couch, three-seater adult couch.
– 4th Living room: Seven-seater couch, six-seater couch, projector with an HDMI to project on to the wall and a life-size connect four.
• Kashered Kosher Kitchen: with Fridge/freezer with Shabbos mode, Urn, Starter Set of Disposables (kitchen is kashered for Kvation bookings, unless its previous booking already had it koshered).
– Meat side: oven, stovetops, sink, dishwasher, 2 ovens with shabbos mode, hot-plate/plata, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery for 8.
– Cholov Yisroel side: stovetop, sink, 2 ovens, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery for 6.

• master bedroom: 2 queens beds, full en-suite with shower and separate tub.

NOTE: bedroom 3 and 4 we call the suite as it has a door giving both rooms privacy from the rest of the house and they have/share their own full bathroom.
