The space
This home has a large screened in patio overlooking the neighborhood pond, with comfortable chairs and a hammock for lounging. The patio opens up to a large fenced in backyard, that offers a quiet place for taking in the pond. Looking for more activity, we also have a foosball table and ping pong table located in the attached garage. There is a fully equipped kitchen that is perfect for cooking large or small meals to be served at the dining room table that seats up to 10 comfortably. The living room has a large couch that faces a 65 inch TV, And a 55” TV in the master bedroom great for watching anything from sports to movies. We also have another open area for lounging with comfortable seating for anything from reading to just talking with friends and family.
Guest access
Guests will have a cozy private stay with full access to all amenities listed. A hassle-free, self check-in using a keypad means flexibility in your schedule – whether you’re planning to arrive late or wish to head straight for sightseeing without a detour. parking is a breeze with our provision for 4 cars right on our driveway.

PARKING
We only allow 4 cars to be parked in the driveway only. The garage is not available for parking.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. During this time you cannot be excessively loud. Insubordination of these rules are ground for termination, and also are ground for security fees of $200 to bring a security officer to the premises.
