With 8 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to stay together comfortably. Nightly Rate • Mon-Thu: $850/night. • Fri-Sat-Sun: $1250/night.

• Dining Room: seating for 10, plus high chair with food tray.
– Additional dinette: seating for 4.
• Living Room: 1 six seater couch, smart TV.
• Main Kitchen: standar non-kosher kitchen with Refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses.
• Strictly Kosher Kitchen: (remains locked during standard reservations) (labeled sides) with Fridge/freezer with Shabbos mode, Urn, Starter Set of Disposables.
– Meat side: oven, stovetops, sink, dishwasher, microwave, hot-plate/plata, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.
– Cholov Yisroel side: stovetop, sink, dishwasher, toaster-oven/microwave, Beatty-Crocker, Keurig, pots/pans, cooking utensils, dishes and cutlery.

• Master Bedroom: 1 king size bed (can be separated into two Twin beds upon request), full en-suite with shower, smart TV.
• Bedroom 2: 1 king size bed (can be separated into two Twin beds upon request).
• Bedroom 3: 2 queen size beds.
• Bedroom 4: 2 queen size beds.
• Bedroom 5: 2 bunkbeds (twin size each).

All 4 King Beds can be detached to create two Twin XL beds. Request must be made at least a week in advance otherwise we cannot gurantee this accommodation.

• Bathrooms – Master en-suite with shower (upstairs), 2 full Hallway bathrooms with a shower/tub (upstairs), 1 full Hallway bathroom with a shower (downstairs).
• Six bedrooms are upstairs and require the use of stairs. The two downstairs (bedroom 7 and 8) bedrooms may be accessed through the garage but will pose a problem on Shabbos/Yom Tov).

No Parties and No Smoking in the villa, near the windows or doors, or near the pool. A $600 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found. Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/outdoor-dining area.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the property. No boats or trailers.
