It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs.

The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
