No Smoking in the Mansion, near the windows or doors, or near the pool.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/outdoor-dining area.
Free parking is available on the property for 10 cars. No boats buses or trailers.

A $2,000 Refundable Security Deposit is required to send directly to the host promptly after booking on Kvation, and will be returned after/post check-out inspection reveals no damages.
The rental is for family groups, corporate events, and not for Yeshivah groups.
