You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located studio in the Pittsburgh Jewish Community of Squirl Hill. Our large studio basement is comfortable and clean.
Low entranceway, not suitable for tall people. We live upstairs and our quiet time is 9 pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends. Includes a small fridge, large bathroom, and a kosher kept hot-plate and hot-water-urn.

No Parties and No Smoking in the studio, near the house windows or doors, or on the property. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the outdoor-dining area.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.

The space:
-Entrance is under deck in back. Low entranceway, not suitable for tall people. Please read instructions on how to access the entrance.
Guest access:
-Please use the side entrance on the left of the house, you will find a path near the tree to the back deck and the door to basement is on the right.
