Summer Booking: minimum full July or Aug (For both July and Aug $28,600. For 1 month of July or Aug its $16,500/month)(from June 20th can only be booked with a full July booking, July is from the 1st till 30, Aug is from July 31st till Aug 30th).
Pesach Booking: minimum 9 nights for $6,600 (includes kashered for Pesach kitchen), and an option for daily cleaning for $100/day add-on (April 11 shabbos can only be booked with a pesach booking).

– Kitchen is kashred for kosher use (in addition to the kosher cabinet) when the rental is booked for 2 weeks or more.

Check-in
• Sun-Thu: 4pm.
• Friday: 1:30pm.

No Parties and No Smoking in the villa, deck, or near the windows or doors. A $750 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the hot-tub area.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed at all times, if the rules are broken you will be required to vacate the property immediately and forfeit the booking payment.
Free parking is available on the property for 3 cars, 1 RV trailer allowed, No boats.
