In order to avoid loosing your payment upon cancellation, we advise you to purchase traveller’s insurance. Once a reservation is made, the dates are reserved for you and there will be no refund.

Check-in and check-out times are strictly observed. If checking out later, please be aware that there is an automatic 50% daily rate surcharge.

Kashrus Policy
We take kashrus very seriously. Our villa is owned by Shomrei Shabbos family and are rented out only to kosher observant individuals. In the unlikely case, we will take care of kashering the kitchen.

Housekeeping Policy
Our villa is managed and serviced by our guest services team. If you have any housekeeping concerns or needs, please contact us/the-host.

No Parties and No Smoking in the villa, near the windows or doors, or near the pool. A $900 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the pool/outdoor-dining area.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the property for 5 cars. No boats or trailers.
