• Shul: Poconos Yeshiva: 12 Minute walk to its Campus. if Poconos yeshiva is off (it runs through the summer, and yom-tovs the rabbeim make thier own minyan), there is another yeshiva (Bais Menachem Youth Development Program Chabad) that’s a 22 minute walk.
• Shul: Am Echad Poconos Shul – Lubavitch Ari – 12 minute walk (open summer months, and usually yom-tov).
• Men Mikvah: 12 Minute walk. its a pool on the Poconos yeshiva grounds that the Yeshiva Bochrim use as a mikvah.
• Mikvah Taharah: The mikvah of the Pocono mountains- a 40-50 minute walk. its downhill from the rental.
• kosher supermarket, kosher pizza shops, kosher take out store, cleaners and more all 30 minute drive to Kingston PA.

No Parties and No Smoking in the houses, near the windows or doors, or the necks. A $900 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the lake/outdoor-dining area.
The properties are located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the properties for 3 cars each. No boats or trailers.
