The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the property for 4 cars. No boats or trailers.
The house is used by the host family, and is made ready to accommodate guests when they get a booking, and you get the full house for privacy.

the rental includes the first floor of the house only and its grounds and includes the details mentioned in this description. the 2nd floor and basement is not part of the rental.
