Spacious 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house in Chestnut Ridge. Spacious backyard and patio with comfortable patio furniture and indoor gas fireplace. Kids will be entertained with trampoline, basketball and full size air hockey table. With plenty of games and books for all ages. Linens and towels included.
Located on quiet picturesque dead end street.

Accommodations:
– 1st Bedroom: Two Twin Size beds, 2nd Floor.
– 2nd Bedroom: Two Twin Size beds, Plus Toddler bed, 2nd Floor.
– 3rd Bedroom: Two Twin Size beds, 2nd Floor.
– 4th Bedroom: Two Twin Size beds, 1st Floor (with a jack and jill full bathroom)
– Pack’n Play (when addon selected).
– 2 Cots with linens (when addon selected).
– 3 Bathrooms: 2 full and 1 half. (one full on the 2nd floor, and one full and one half on the first floor)
– Dining Room with gas Fireplace (setup for 10 but can add folding tables chairs to accommodate up to 20 people).
– Living Room with large couch and many books and toys.

Basement: (basement is partially unfinished)
– Basement is fun for bigger kids with with tons of toys and air hocky table.
– Treadmill and Elliptical.
– If you want you can bring your own air mattresses (up to 6) for the basement to accommodate big kids, (permission is given if the addon is selected).
