Our property features an estate with 3 charming houses, a 5,000 sq ft barn , and 2 houses across the street from the barn estate, offering 20 bedrooms and 55 beds. Kids of all ages will love the spacious fenced-in playground, including a trampoline, swing set, and other fun! No Parties & No Smoking in the houses or barn, or near windows, doors or the pool/hot-tub/sauna area. A $1,000 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
No glass and/or crockery in the pool, hot-tub, or outdoor dining area.
Free parking is available on the property for 12 cars. No boats or trailers.
The property is located in a residential area; we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. – 8:00 A.M.
