No Parties & No Smoking in the villa, near windows, doors or the pool area. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
No glass and/or crockery in the pool or dining area.
Free parking is available on the property for 12 cars. No boats or trailers.
The property is located in a residential area; we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. – 8:00 A.M.
