* No parties or events are allowed on the property in order to maintain a peaceful environment.
* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes.
* No touching pool heater. Non-compliance results in penalty.
* Garage door should be kept closed.
* Parking on street overnight results in a penalty.
* Garbage pickup is Monday and Thursday morning. Renter must put garbage cans at the curb the night before pickup and return to side of house by 3:00 pm that day.
* In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.
