• For 30 dining guests included in regular booking, for up to 80 dining guests is an addon (Simcha Hall setup is on the main villa level).

• Bedroom 4 / Paris themed: 2 twin beds (near bubble bath bathroom).
• Bedroom 5 / Music themed: 2 twin beds, with one bed as a trundle bed (near bubble bath bathroom).
• Cribs: 2 pack’n play, if additional wanted, please let us know.
• 5 Bathrooms – 3 full, 2 half: 1 full bathroom (with bubble bath) upstairs by bedroom 4 and 5, and 1 half bathroom by main floor near kitchen (the rest are en-suite bathrooms or jack & jill).

• Extra Guests: 2 sukka-beds and 5 air-mattresses that can go to any bedroom/room, and a large L couch in relaxing room.
