The Sky Villa, a brand new luxurious kosher villa in Monticello, NY! In the Meadowbrook Gardens Colony. This 5-bedroom villa accommodates up to 13 guests plus crib, making it ideal for groups or family gatherings. The fully extended patio allows for enjoying the beautiful outdoor. The gated colony has beautiful new playground equipment and a newly built stunning inground pool making it a great place for families with children to enjoy!

No Parties and No Smoking in the villa, by the deck, near the windows or doors, or near the colony pool. A $500 fine will be charged if any evidence of smoking is found.
Glass and/or crockery are not permitted in the colony pool area.
The property is located in a residential area, so we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum. No noise outside past 10 P.M. and before 7:30 A.M – No parties or events allowed.
Free parking is available on the property for 4 cars. No boats or trailers.
